All purchases provide access to educational content only.

Because digital content is delivered immediately:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Emotional discomfort

    • Misaligned expectations

    • Relationship outcomes

    • Partial participation or non-use

Subscriptions

 

For subscription-based memberships:

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle

  • Cancellation stops future charges

  • Previously billed periods are non-refundable

 

Access remains available through the end of the current billing period.

Program Changes or Termination

 

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue programs or content.

If a program is discontinued by us before delivery is complete, a pro-rated refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks and Disputes

 

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access to all services and content.

We encourage direct communication to resolve concerns whenever possible.
