PATHWAYS
This pathway is informed by the Minwalla DST framework, which emphasizes ending integrity abuse and restoring reality before relational repair is considered.
Our pathway is designed to protect safety, prevent retraumatization, and support real change — without promising outcomes that cannot be ethically guaranteed.
Healing after betrayal requires the right kind of support at the right time.
We offer multiple pathways so recovery can happen with clarity, consent, and safety — without pressure to move faster or into work that isn’t appropriate yet.
Start Here: The Academy
The Academy is the foundation of our work.
It provides:
-
Shared language and orientation
-
Weekly live teaching twice a week (with replays)
-
A curated resource library used across our programs/coaching
The Academy is educational, not therapy, and not couples work. No application is required.
A Note On Availability
The Joy Recovery Pathway reflects the full framework we are building — not all components of which are available at once.
The Academy is launching first (expected in March, 2026).
The cohort-based pathways will open in phases throughout the year, beginning with the Integrity Cohort for Men, planned for May, 2026.
Additional cohorts will follow later in the year as each container is ethically ready to open.
This phased approach allows us to:
-
Maintain safety and containment
-
Launch each cohort with the appropriate structure and oversight
-
Avoid rushing people into work before the container is ready
Availability will be announced as each cohort opens.
Parallel but Independent Pathways

MEN'S PATHWAY - Accountability & Character Change
Men move through a required sequence focused on ending harm and consolidating integrity.
Integrity → Impact → Integration
-
Integrity Cohort - Stopping the harm
-
Impact Cohort - Understanding the harm, attending to the harm
-
Integration Cohort - Dismantling the system that caused the harm

This order exists because:
-
Empathy without integrity retraumatizes partners
-
Insight without accountability perpetuates harm
-
Wholeness cannot be built on secrecy
Completion of these cohorts does not guarantee:
-
Trust
-
Reconciliation
-
Intimacy
WOMEN'S PATHWAY - Safety, Agency, & Self-Trust
Women move through an independent pathway, autonomous of their partner’s progress.
-
Stabilization Cohort - Trauma education, nervous system safety, and reality validation
-
Self-Trust Cohort - Boundaries, discernment, and reclaiming your internal compass
-
Self-Alignment Cohort - Identity rebuilding, values alignment, and life direction
Your healing does not depend on the relationship continuing.

CONDITIONAL CONVERGENCE

Possible Convergence: Integrity-Informed Relational Work
Some couples may eventually become eligible for integrity-informed relational work.
This step is:
-
Optional
-
Conditional
-
Never required
-
Never promised
Convergence occurs only when integrity and safety are firmly established — not when hope or urgency is high.
